She has performed at a variety of venues throughout NYC, including Metropolitan Playhouse, Prospect Theater, Kraine Theater, Looking Glass Theater, and The Brick.  She can currently be seen as Dean Bateman on the web series “Math Warriors” and will be seen later this year as Mayor Brigham in the Cyprian Films feature film “Behind the Mirror”.  Linda is a proud native New Yorker and is pleased to be working with Melissa, Andrew and Joanna in this festival.

Joanna LaFauci (Ruth) is thrilled to be back on stage after a long absence, during which she's appeared in over 15 indies, pilots, etc.   She most recently could be seen on TV's "I'd Kill For You" as a bi-polar alcoholic.   Favorite theater roles include Blanche A Streetcar Named Desire, Gorgeous in The Sisters Rosensweig, Regina in The Little Foxes, Mrs. Frank in The Diary of Anne Frank, Agnes in Dancing at Lughnasa, and Elizabeth Proctor in The Crucible, among others.  A big thank you to Melissa, Andrew & Linda for a great experience.  Joanna also thanks her husband, Lon, for his love & support, & for putting up with her.

Andrew Rothkin (Playwright/Producer) is delighted to return to Manhattan Rep, where he acted in a revised version of his comedy-drama, Meredith’s Ring, in 2012.  The original version of the piece – which Andrew directed in lieu of enacting – premiered at the inaugural Planet Connections Theatre Festivity (Winner, Outstanding Production of a Short Play, Planet Connections Festivity Awards, 2009).  Other writing highlights include Danny, tryin’ t’ touch the sun, VoiceBubby’s Shadow (Winner, Outstanding Production of a New Drama Play, MITF Awards, 2008), and Hamlet Bound & Unbound (Winner, Outstanding New Script for a Short Subject, MITF Awards, 2012).   Andrew is currently in pre-production in adapting several of his short plays to film, and is in rehearsals to play Arthur in Kelly Barrett’s delightful murder-mystery/comedy Between the Lies, opening  June 19th  at the Bridge Theater/Shetler Studios.
